  1. Reservation

Below are the booking conditions with Beetours Viet Nam,

  • Deposit: When booking, you will be charged a deposit of 10% of the total payment amount. There is no refund policy for this deposit.
  • Payment term: You need to pay the remaining full amount before 30 days before the departure date, unless otherwise stated will apply (e.g. the booking is close to the departure date)…
  • Airfare and other services: Some airline tickets or special services require full payment at the time of booking.
  1. Cancellation Refunds

If you cancel your trip to Vietnam and Indochina, we understand that there may be various reasons for your decision, and we regret the cancellation.
In the event of a cancellation, we will refund your payment to Beetours, subject to the applicable cancellation fee.
The cancellation fee is as follows:

  • 60 days prior to the arrival date: No cancellation fee. We will refund 100% of the amount paid, plus any flight cancellation fees according to the airline’s policy, if applicable.
  • From 59 to 30 days prior to the arrival date: 5% cancellation fee + flight cancellation fees, if applicable.
  • From 29 to 15 days prior to the arrival date: 10% cancellation fee + flight cancellation fees, if applicable.
  • From 14 to 8 days prior to the arrival date: 40% cancellation fee + flight cancellation fees, if applicable.
  • Within 7 days prior to the arrival date: 100% cancellation fee. No-show: 100% cancellation fee.
    Once the trip has commenced, we are unable to provide refunds for any unused services resulting from early departure, late arrival, or missed tour dates.
  1. Children Policy

The child rates for sharing a room or cabin with two adults are as follows:

  • Infants (<2 years old): 10% of the adult rate.
  • Children aged 3-11 years: 85% of the adult rate.
  • Children aged 12 years and above will be charged at the adult rate.

Please note that for all tickets, the pricing for children will be based on the policy of each airline and will be applied at the time of booking.

  1. Alteration of Itinerary
  • Alterations to your itinerary made before the booking is confirmed are free of charge. We aim to provide you with the best possible tour experience. However, once you have received your booking confirmation letter, any alterations requested will incur a fee of $10 USD per request.
  • Beetours reserves the right to modify the tour itinerary in the event of changes to air schedules, surface transportation, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. If such alterations are necessary, any increase or reduction in tour costs will be calculated and charged accordingly.
  • If the client(s) request changes to the tour itinerary, any additional costs incurred will need to be paid in advance by the client(s).
  1. Travel Documentation

Clients are required to have a valid passport, visas, and permits before traveling. It is the sole responsibility of the client to ensure they have the necessary documentation. If needed, our travel advisor can assist you with the application process. Beetours will not be held responsible for any failure by clients to obtain the required documentation.

  1. Health Requirements

Clients are advised to consider all risks associated with international travel and familiarize themselves with the health requirements relevant to their intended destinations. It is the sole responsibility of the client to research and comply with the safety and security conditions, vaccination recommendations, and other health requirements specified by the governments of the countries they are visiting or transiting through.

  1. Complaints and Claims

If you are dissatisfied with any service provided by Beetours, it is important to promptly inform your local tour guide or travel advisor. This will help address the issue and prevent any recurrence during your trip.

In the event of a complaint or claim for compensation, you must notify us in writing via email, regular mail, or facsimile within 15 days from the conclusion of your tour. Please ensure that you attach relevant receipts and supporting evidence to your claim. Realistic Asia will not be held liable for any claims submitted after the 15-day period following the completion of your tour.

  1. Responsibility
  • Beetours will not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property arising from climatic conditions, sea conditions, fire, machinery or equipment breakdown, government actions, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, epidemics, quarantines, medical or customs regulations, terrorist activities, or any other events beyond Beetours’ control. Beetours and its affiliates or subsidiaries will not be responsible for any additional expenses or liabilities incurred by tour members due to these causes.
  • Beetours is not responsible for any wrongful or negligent acts, omissions, or equipment failures by suppliers such as transportation carriers, cruises, hotels, or other parties not directly owned or controlled by Beetours.
  • Beetours is not responsible for clients’ failure to comply with customs regulations.
  • Beetours is not liable for the theft or loss of any valuable items or belongings resulting from the negligence of the customer.
  • Beetours reserves the right to substitute hotels, flights, or cruise ships, modify itineraries, or cancel tours prior to departure. If Beetours cancels a tour before it begins, a full refund of the amount received by Beetours will be provided.
  • Certain activities included in Beetours tour packages may require special precautions. These activities may involve boarding boats, climbing hills, entering/exiting tombs and caves, and more. While our representatives will provide assistance and advice, all activities are undertaken at the client’s own risk. Beetours, its employees, and agents cannot be held responsible for any incidents or events occurring after the necessary measures have been taken by our employees and agents.
  • Beetours reserves the right to modify or revoke the terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, at any time with or without prior notice.
